The University’s dedication to increasing understanding of the damage caused by the conduct forbidden in this policy includes providing education that is ongoing both workers and pupils. Interim measures. The Office of the Dean of Students or other appropriate University official may take immediate interim disciplinary action against the respondent pending a final determination of an alleged violation of this policy if the University receives evidence indicating a respondent presents a continuing danger to people or property or poses an ongoing threat of disrupting the academic process.
